A 20% VAT applies to all domestic orders within the United Kingdom.
UNITED STATES
We will send your order via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
You will receive the tracking reference information via PayPal, so please ensure your email address is correct.
Since 29 August 2025 the duty-free threshold (‘de minimis’) of $800 USD has been removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Royal Mail are now providing postal delivery duties paid (PDDP) services which meet the new requirements.
In order that we can continue to export goods to the United States 10% duties apply to all goods sent via Royal Mail with PDDP.
This payment is taken at the checkout and requires no further action from the customer.
INTERNATIONAL (EUROPEAN NON-EU, CANADA & REST OF WORLD)
We will send your order via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
You will receive the tracking reference information via PayPal, so please ensure your email address is correct.
A 0% VAT rate applies to all international orders placed on this website. Royal Mail will handle your package as ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’ (DDU).
The recipient may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties if applicable, and a handling fee in the destination country. These charges vary depending on the country we are shipping to and the value of the physical goods.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
For France and Spain, Royal Mail is no longer an option (packages are held then returned to sender).
For Germany and other EU countries Royal Mail is still an option. We may send higher value items via DHL.
We will send your order via DHL Economy (5 working days)
You will receive the tracking reference information via PayPal and tracking updates via DHL, so please ensure your email address is correct. If you provide your mobile/cell number you will also receive updates via SMS.
If your order is being delivered to a business please provide your company name, tax information and any other relevant information that will expedite delivery.
You will be required to pay import VAT, customs duties if applicable before the package can be delivered. These charges vary depending on the country we are shipping to and the value of the physical goods.
ORDERING IS MADE SIMPLE…
All products are made to order to ensure you get the latest version.
Select the product from the list, add the quantity required and make payment via PayPal (no account required).
We will then receive a notification that a payment has been made with your order information.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
We aim to have all orders placed before 1300hrs GMT/BST on Thursday sent by Friday.
